Trump proved he was childish, but I think was elected as a backlash against Hellery.
Biteme got elected to end Trump. The electorate ignored the socialist VP just to be rid of trump.
However, now the curse of Tippecanoe over biteme's head (he's the oldest first time president ever), could leave us with premier harryass. Bush beat an assassination attempt via increased ss due to 9/11's increased security. Reagan beat the curse via modern surgery prowess.
But biteme is old. The only hope will be a virtual president, no travel, no appearances, speeches from the white house basement. Then we're stuck with comrade harryass.
Trump did himself in, for sure. But to me he never seemed presidential... always tweeting like an adolescent girl. Tweeting is not something respectable that any president should do. It's just a virtual temper tantrum he was known for.
My whole take on this is to hold a national referendum to curb perpetual reelections in both houses of Congress. 46 year representatives need to retire... as their minds are riddled with dementia.
As for fair elections... either side has pointed at the other guys for centuries. HOWEVER, I happen to KNOW for a fact my vote was disqualified at the source. Our credit card magnetic chip ballots were a challenge for the even election supervisors.
My card was voided before I cast a vote. I tried to re-insert the card to vote and the supervisor claimed to avoid it out to permit me to revote... but there were problems with the card throughout my voting experience this last time. The voter worker's and supervisors didn't know how to instruct voters on how to use the new technology and since my voting magnetic card was voided and revoting was problematic at best.... my vote was disallowed. As soon as I was permitted, I cancelled my voter registration, as it didn't matter to the vote anyway
